About Joanna

Joanna is founder and CEO at TrendBible, a trend-forecasting agency specialising in the future of life at home. She has over twenty-five years’ experience as a trend forecaster and consultant. The models and advice shared in her book, Trend Leader, are based on her work advising global brands and retailers on what audiences will think, feel and do in the future.

Joanna writes and speaks about emerging trends and her insights have been published by The Independent, Financial Times, The Guardian, BBC Radio 4 and Forbes.

Named as one of the ‘new generation of female entrepreneurs’ by think-tank Institute of Public Policy Research, Joanna was also awarded Creative Entrepreneur of the Year in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. She is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists.

"Joanna unravelled some of the mystery surrounding predicting the future and forecasting trends, helping us understand a little of how it's done and why it's so important to business. The session underscored just how vital this capability has become for MBA graduates today and how it can give them a clear advantage in the workplace. In a business environment defined by constant change, the capacity to identify and interpret emerging trends allows leaders to make informed, strategic decisions rather than simply reacting to events, reinforcing the importance of foresight, adaptability, and critical thinking."
